A few weeks ago it was announced in the parish newsletter that a new member of staff had been appointed who would be also responsible
for enabling our parish to develop a structure to facilitate clearer communication and efficient discharge of our service to Christ
and his church.
Below are extracts of the D R A F T organizational chart. The file which includes a self explanatory rationale for
the format in which it is presented is also being made available for review and discussion by parishioners and groups.

• Final page is a layout of the parish structure.
We invite all parishioners (representatives of all parish groups, organizations and communities) to meet on Monday 17 June at 6.00pm
in the Bishop Mendes Auditorium to share your comments. If necessary we can meet again on Tuesday 25 June at same time and venue to

Harris Promenade: 6.00 p.m. on Saturdays; 6.00 a.m.; 8.00 a.m.; 10.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. each
Les Efforts West: 5.00 p.m. on Saturdays and 7.30 a.m. on Sundays
Vistabella: 9.30 a.m. on Sundays
